I had requested updates about a rental vehicle that was in their inventory set to be available on August 12th, and after many attempts to reach them - I never heard back. No update, no alternative options, no call backs. Very disappointing after years of renting with Enterprise. I will be switching to another rental service once my vehicle repairs are done.
