I don’t remember his exact name, but I believe it was Terence or Isaac. I had an issue during my Costco booking because my Costco card chip wasn’t working. Instead of rushing the process or turning me away, he was very patient and walked me through multiple options. In the end, he helped me complete the payment through the online website using my card details, and it worked out perfectly. I really appreciated the calm, professional attitude and willingness to find a solution. The pickup process was smooth, and the overall service was excellent. I would definitely rent from this location again.

I have to say it is always a struggle to say which is better, so I just give all of them a big kudos for great service and being professional.
