My insurance coordinated with them and it was a smooth process. The staff are very professional and helpful. They even gave me a ride back to the auto shop to pick up my car when it was fixed.

I reserved a different vehicle category, but I was given an intermediate car instead. The staff told me I would receive a free SUV upgrade once one became available. I was told this repeatedly over five days, so I relied on their promise instead of making other arrangements. However, on the last day, I was suddenly told no upgraded SUV was available after all.
