  One of the staff at Enterprise Rexdale in Etobicoke, Monika was looking after me and gave me an exceptional customer service from picking me up, helping me to choose the car that I can drive and giving me instruction on how to operate the car. She was professional, prompt and really nice. She did the same when I returned the car one week after. She gave me a ride back to pick up my car from the repair shop. They are so professional and attend to the customers need right away without a long wait! I highly recommend this location in Etobicoke! I’ll give them a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

  I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because when I rented my vehicle they had given it to me with no washer fluid in the reservoir and no jug in the vehicle. I wasn’t expecting a jug in the vehicle and maybe it’s my fault for not checking the fluids before leaving but not even on the dash it showed low fluid until you turn the vehicle off and back on again and the opening messages tells you low fluid but then it goes away. It was a Kia seltos for those who want to know. Luckily I was near a gas station when I was getting overspray from other vehicles otherwise it would have been not too safe to drive on a highway with no fluids. At the same token I’m not giving less because when I returned the vehicle they did reimburse me for the cost of washer fluid which was very nice of them for that and that makes great customer service. Other than the washer fluid issue the rest of my experience was flawless. I just suggest that all who rent, to just pop the hood quickly to make sure all fluids are topped up before leaving with the vehicle.

  Today I went to this branch to extend my car rental. After the employee completed the extension and I paid, I was about to leave when she called me back and said they had charged me an extra $100 because she “miscalculated” my rental — and admitted it was her mistake. When I asked why she did that, she called her manager, ( Terence Fan ) . Without even asking what the issue was, he immediately raised his voice at me and said I would “pay the extra $100 whether I liked it or not.” His attitude was aggressive to the point that I felt unsafe and was close to calling the police. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The behavior from this branch felt completely unprofessional and dishonest . Thankfully, I called the main company and they resolved the issue and told me not to worry. This branch seriously needs better management and training

  Customer service was great. Quick and accommodating. Was able to swap my car after the first one was having brake issues when 4 other GTA locations would not. They also answered their phone despite busy a Saturday to answer questions. Booked a car last minute before my flight when Pearson locations couldn’t accommodate the late request on a long weekend. Short taxi ride from the airport. Cars were clean. Gas station nearby for fill up before return.

  The service provided by the guys was very disappointing when I reach there, the guy over there was not answering my questions properly, he was just adding the rental insurance on my car which I told no to him because I already have it with my car insurance, then also he was putting it, I don't why he was behaving like that previously also I have rented the car from enterprise but no one did like that to me before. Not a good experience.
