    There was a clear lack of professionalism. My family and I had to walk in the cold to pick up the car we had scheduled for 8:00 a.m., only to be told upon arrival that our reserved vehicle was not available and that another one might be ready in approximately 40 minutes. Totally unprofessional, especially since we had a trip planned with a clear schedule. Fault to the manager, obviously.

    Rented the camry in a short notice for day, vehicle was nice and clean along full tank of fuel, quick easy friendly staff made my experience outstanding at this location. Can't wait for my next rental. Thank you guys keep up the great services.
