  I had a very unpleasant experience renting a car with Enterprise. I booked a vehicle by calling the Enterprise head office, and I was explicitly told that a car would be ready for pickup at the Embrun, Ontario location. Based on that confirmation, my family and I made the trip — which took about 40 minutes. When we arrived, the staff at the location informed us that there was no car available for us. They explained that this is a known process issue, where the Enterprise head office books reservations without properly verifying vehicle availability with the local branch beforehand. This caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary additional costs for my family, all of which could have been avoided with accurate booking practices. That said, I do want to note that the on-site staff were polite, understanding, and genuinely tried to help, even though the situation itself was out of their control. My frustration is directed at the booking process and coordination between head office and local branches — not the employees at the location. Overall, this experience seriously undermined my confidence in Enterprise’s reservation system, and I would be very hesitant to rely on a phone booking again unless this issue is addressed.

  Great service at this location. We didn't have to wait and the staff member helped us out to get us in the right rental quickly. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone.

  Terrible place . Came in to grab a reservation which they had informed me 30 minuits before closing that they had wrong date and then offered absolutely 0 solution leaving me stranded. I waited until closing to see if there would be a car available which they then offered a vehicle double the price they quoted originally. They said I'll have to contact the main office to deal with it because he couldn't care less since the place was closing for the weekend. Not to mention the other angry costumers ahead of me and that fact that no one answers the phone I was calling the branch standing right there in front of them watching them completely ignoring my call ... Now I have to start the whole process of finding a vehicle and means to get to this vehicle . Avoid this place completely.

  Very pleased with my recent experience at Enterprise Embrun! My call was answered promptly, Robert was so helpful and friendly. The entire process was so easy and stress free. I just want to thank Robert for helping me and being so professional and welcoming. I will definitely be using Enterprise Embrun for any future rental needs :) !
