Came in to grab a reservation which they had informed me 30 minuits before closing that they had wrong date and then offered absolutely 0 solution leaving me stranded. I waited until closing to see if there would be a car available which they then offered a vehicle double the price they quoted originally. They said I'll have to contact the main office to deal with it because he couldn't care less since the place was closing for the weekend. Not to mention the other angry costumers ahead of me and that fact that no one answers the phone I was calling the branch standing right there in front of them watching them completely ignoring my call ... Now I have to start the whole process of finding a vehicle and means to get to this vehicle . Avoid this place completely.
