  Personel was ok but their cars don't have winter tires. I've had several close calls.

  Returned the car which I didn’t like because it drove horribly and was due for service, I did not complain though my expectations are these are rental cars and people abuse them. I rent from this location all the time and people have always been professional, not this time though. on saturday 1/17/2026 when I returned the car a dude asked me are you returning and before I answered him his colleague a skinny brown girl looked at me chuckled and said that depends. I don’t get the meaning of that but definitely rude. I will try renting from somewhere else because I like dealing with professional and well mannered people

  I want to thank the manager, as well as the employee named, Sonja” for taking such good care of me. They were able to also give me a ride home. I received very good service.
