They kept claiming their website doesn’t allow it but couldn’t show where it says that. After that, we were left sitting there with no communication. They didn’t change the oil, didn’t explain anything, and helped other customers instead. One employee said he was the manager, but when I asked for his name, he disappeared and didn’t come back. Very unprofessional. Poor communication and disappointing service.

After I told him I didn't need the service, he proceeded to throw that air filter in the garbage which made me realize obviously it wasn't mine and he tried to scam me into a service I did not need. Will never be coming back and I'd advise everyone to steer clear.

But they worked together and got it all done. Good teamwork. I didn't get the invoice by email yet. Can I drop by and get a printed one? Or can you send it as an attachment in a text - it's under Debora Porter, and the oil change was done on Sept. 11 around 10 am.
