  I was advised by my insurance company to take my car to this collision center (Assured Dundas Collusion 386 Mill Street )for repairs. After the work was completed, I went to pick up my car and discovered that valuable items were missing from inside the vehicle. I immediately reported this issue to both the collision center and the insurance company. Instead of helping resolve the situation, they asked me to provide proof that the items were in the car. Unfortunately, I do not have proof, as these were personal belongings I had no reason to document beforehand. Since explaining this to them, I have not received any response or follow up from the collision center. The lack of accountability, communication, and customer support has been extremely disappointing. I trusted their recommendation and expected my vehicle and belongings to be handled responsibly, but that trust was not respected. I would advise others to be very cautious and remove all personal items before leaving their vehicle, as there appears to be no support if something goes missing.

  Horrible customer service and overall a horrible experience. I had taken my vehicle into Assured in Kitchener after accident. I was informed that they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle for weeks. However, they suggested that I could have the vehicle towed to their Dundas location. As I was eager to get my car fixed up, I agreed. BAD IDEA. There were items that we reviewed by the investor at the Kitchener location, that were not dealt with at all at the Dudas location. I received my car back with the entire inside filled with dust, the back passenger airbag panel was off and my backset sensor now states that my kids are not buckled in when they are, there was multiple scratches on my new front bumper, the front and back metal bumps are now no longer clipped and there is a noticable disconnect. They said that they repainted the front fog bezels, and other airs that were not completed. And, for what was repainted, it all has noticable bumps from dust particals. I have reached out many times to the company to address my concerns however, they will not response to my outreaches. I'm not a "Karen", I'm a positive person in a customer service professional and can cleary say, this is not acceptable and I'm far from a happy customer.

  After a brutal collision and being shuffled around by an insurance company, the staff at Assured Automotive in Dundas were beyond helpful. We can't say enough about how they went above and beyond to help us. Thanks so much

  Honestly, the best experience I've had with a body shop. Tom's kindness and professionalism absolutely blew me away, he truly turned a horrible situation into something much better. I'm definitely going to continue using this body shop and highly recommend them to my friends.

  We have had work done or our vehicles here twice. The work was explained, done on time, and done very well. Terry is an honest and very helpful man.
