  There were circumstances beyond my control that had to extend the rental. Candace was super understanding and professional. However, can’t say the same in dealing with Kevin in Thunder Bay, found him rude and threatening. I was only in this position because the insurance company dragged their feet, lost a cheque, reissued in wrong name and it was already a stressful situation. The insurance company needed to take responsibility for the delays and errors which they do not. I was left on the defensive side trying to explain but was labelled as someone who would let Enterrprise down. I wanted nothing more that to pay the rental and get the other vehicle running. We are in a digital environment and using EMT or e-transfer should be setuo. The account was paid in full and can now breathe.

  Great experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The staff was professional and helpful, especially Candace. She was outstanding and went above and beyond by giving me a ride after I returned the car. Really appreciated her kindness and support. Highly recommend this location.

  We had an emergency situation with our rental car and had to visit the nearest Enterprise, which was this location in Dryden. Candace and her team were incredible. They helped us immediately and did everything they could to re-arrange their inventory of vehicles so that we could get back on the road as soon as possible. They went over and beyond to help us and we are so thankful!!
