  I had a great experience at National this week! I originally went to enterprise on Monday and it was chaos! We arrived at 9am for our car pickup time and they had zero cars available even though I had booked in advance. There was a massive wait list and no one was getting cars. The staff were all over the place and not helpful or nice. After this experience we called National Car Rental and they were able to get us a car immediately, the guy working there was so nice and helpful! It took us about 10 minutes to set up our rental and get driving. He was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient! The staff at National told us this is a frequent issue at enterprise and that it almost happens every Monday! I will definitely be booking with national going forward. The price of the vehicle was also slightly less than at enterprise.

  As a emerald executive member I received a damaged car... Do not trust this office guys...
