    Phone is never answered. I’ve tried multiple days and times. As early as the few hours in the morning , sometimes in the afternoon and in the evening. Never had it answered and it’s really frustrating when company staff don’t even bother answering.

    This location has good staff who are helpful but Everytime the service is not consistent...also they don't give a damn about maintenance the office as office is always in shambles with mess on the floor, overflowing trash cans and lot of dust on chairs... management should pay attention to keep the office clean to make customer experience for appealing. Remote batteries should be checked before handing to customer.

    Great service by the reps. Picking up and dropping off was smooth and effortless. Be mindful of the business hours as there is no option for afterhours drop off. My experience was great and will rent from the Vaughan Concord location again!
