    Wow! What an amazing experience I had. It was terrific renting a car from Enterprise at the Keele St. location. From beginning to end the service from Sushant Sharma was exceptional. There was no waiting when I arrived. Sushant looked after me right away, found a wonderful car for me to rent, and had me back on the road in just a few minutes. When I returned over a month later he greeted me and my son by name, and again, processed the return quickly and efficiently. Sushant really was excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend the company that I have rented from several times, Enterprise , and ask for Sushant at the Keele St location. 5 stars.

    I had an excellent experience with this rental car company. The booking process was smooth, the staff was professional and friendly, and the vehicle was clean and in perfect condition. Everything was clear and transparent with no hidden fees. I highly recommend their services and will definitely rent from them again.

    I always rent vehicles from the Keele and Lanstaff for work. The staff is always very kind and helpful and they get me the vehicle I need. I would definitely recommend this location for a rental.

    Had a great experience at the Enterprise located at 8600 Keele St, in Concord. After having my car repaired because of an accident, I went there to rent a car. My insurance company deals with Enterprise, which was also a plus and more seamless. That said, i mistakenly accepted to ask for more insurance coverage that was $30 a day. I obviously didn't need it as my insurance covered everything, but i do accept that it was my mistake. That said, they were very understanding and credited me back over half and that was quite the relief, especially because my car did take some time to repair. The service was exceptional and would recommend them anytime.

    Great service being picked up at the body shop, friendly and helpfull staff at the enterprise location on Keele, a rental car that both my wife and I found easy to drive and to top it off I could leave the rental at the body shop when I picked up our car. 5-start rating all around. Thanks a lot!
