  Wonderful service friendly informative staff. Vehicle was new and fully loaded as per my own vehicle is. Staff made it easy by delivering vehicle to me on day of rental and driving me back to my vehicle on date of returning the rental. I wouldnt hesitate to rent here again. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

  After having a stressful breakdown in an area 1 1/2 hours away from where I live, the guys at your Collingwood location eased me. We had some lively banter and I didn’t feel like I was just a number. I felt like a true client. All I know about cars is the colour. They showed me the vehicles I could choose from, they didn’t just list a bunch of car names. They wished me well, saying hope your day gets better. Unknown to them that is exactly what I needed to hear. I had the car for 3 days and actually was happy to see the same 2 guys in the shop 3 days later. We had some more fun banter and away I went. I will definitely recommend this particular location. Hopefully, if I’m ever in a situation that requires a rental, I will encounter the same friendly and compassionate staff at all other locations.
