- RGRosalyn GlassDec 23, 20235.0We stopped here because our windshield wiper flew off on the 401. They unfortunately didn’t have a part but the manager helped us to use our small wiper and cover the clip to get us to a bigger town. Such a nice act of kindness to get us to our family Christmas :)

Ordered oil came in, asked if they could return the summer oil, they could not...So I bought it anyway and forgot to check my receipt. They gave me the wrong product, one which I did not order and have never ordered in all my life, a synthetic motor oil. Get home after store hours so have to wait the next day. When I come in they refuse to offer full refund insist I must pay 20%restock fee for their mistake of ordering an oil that I cannot use in my machines. I accepted the 20% loss until as I am leaving I hear from a deadbeat worker in the back "its highly suspicious he asked to return the oil yesterday now it's magically not the right oil". Needless to say I call asking for management from my vehicle in the parking lot. My father goes in while I am on the phone so I have no clue what is said. Store manager promptly calls me back says he can fix the situation but my rudeness is unacceptable. Well sorry if your feelings are hurt but I have not been rude to this point in time. I arrive in brighton now after having driven twice to colborne from castleton. Management tells me he will refund my money and does not want my business in the future. Also fine, I am not interested in being accosted for your employees mistake and I am certainly not ok with having my integrity insulted with regards to your employee referring to me ripping off the company. If your business cannot afford to fix a mistake for 50$ which your employee created than perhaps you should close shop and let someone with actual automotive knowledge and experience take over.
