I called them a week later to check arrangements and they told me my reservation was canceled but they hadn't done the paperwork yet to let me know. Glad I didn't just turn up on the day to no car!

What you are being offered on the phone is not want you receive. When I ran into challenges there was no customer service and no follow through. Unfortunately the owner Frank did not offer any help either. This is not the company you want to deal with.
