- APAlexey PodlesnyyApr 9, 20263.0Called Enterprise 2 weeks before to confirm that they have Q3, was told that they do have it. A day before the trip was told that they don’t carry these at all and there is nothing that can match, was offered rav4, had to cancel. update: tried to find Q3 at another locations in ottawa, but unfortunately they didn't have it for such a short notice. Ended up getting an Elantra from the Carleton Place location. The stuff was friendly and overall nice experience. Tho, still very frustrated with the initial Q3 problem. last update: the stuff was actually great, they went an extra mile to settle the problem, and it looks like I wasn't charged for the Elantra. If I could, I'd give 5 stars to the CP location and one to the head office (or whoever manages calls).

Easy pickup and dropoff. Very easy to fill out the rental request online at the last minute, and they were flexible with the pickup time as well.
