From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail really stood out. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Lynsey truly goes above and beyond for customers — she absolutely deserves to be in a management role. Enterprise is lucky to have her on their team! Option 2 – Short & Strong ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lynsey Ham was outstanding! Professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish. Her communication was top-notch and she made the whole rental process seamless. She should definitely be a manager. Highly recommend!

  This review is more about the enterprise as a whole than this particular location. There is simply a disconnect between what Enterprise allows you to book and what the locations actually have. At any point of time you can book anything from small car to luxury special vehicle. Having booked full size upon arrival I was told that the only car they can give me a small SUV (Hyundai venue or Nissan kicks) which are a different class and which I can't drive physically because of the height. The counter staff was very helpful and in the end helped me out getting a Pacifica from the back, which unfortunately came dirty and with only half tank - not the experience you're looking for. It's 2026 you should be able to match your inventory in real time. 5 starts for the staff and 1 star for enterprise. If you don't want to be left with no car just book somewhere else or use Turo app

  Scammers. They gave me the car basically empty with one notch of gas on the meter. I returned the tank essentially full and they gave me nothing back for the gas. I had filled the tank because I wasn’t sure when my own car was going to be ready. The little girl at the front was rude and not understanding. Didn’t seem like she cared to be honest. They were almost going to make me pay actually trying to tell me that I brought the car back filled less than what I picked it up for. Absolutely ridiculous, they steal money. She gave me a 1/4 gas discount card for next time…. Had more than that in the car. I told her to call the guy that rented the car to me to verify and confirm and she refused to…

  Amazing staff. Best prices in town. Wide selection of vehicles. Staff is very informative patient and understanding. Joel and Kyra both helped so much dealing with my rental and helping me navigate and deal with insurance seamlessly. I would definitely rent from them again and would recommend anyone to go to them if in need for short term or long term rentals.
