Additionally, staff do not consistently check Dropbox key returns, which has resulted in customers being charged for days they did not have possession of the vehicle. This location would benefit from change in management and additional staff training to address these issues. Update: Rental Agreement # 1WJWPM Issue still not resolved as of Jan 3rd. Additional details: Manager at this location seems to be under the impression that it is the customer's job to ensure employees check the key drop off box. Vehicle was returned on December 31st at 1:05pm. At 2:16 pm I called and advised keys are in the drop off and vehicle was returned an hr ago. Despite this I was charged until Jan 3rd, even tho this rental was suppose to be free of charge because I used my points to book it. Feel free to reach out via email for additional details and be prepared to immediately rectify the errors made and repeatedly causing your frequent customer unnecessary inconvenience.
