  Took my vehicle for tire change and rotation today. Easy job but it was done very quickly and properly. Very pleased. Will be back again!

  I had a wild ride getting winter tires and rims sorted for my wife's new electric vehicle. We knew we were going to have a fun time getting winter tires out-of-season, so we spent a while gathering quotes from various tire shops, online, and in-person. We got a fantastic price from BlackCircles, who directed us to Beverly Tire to perform the installation. Both BlackCircles, and quite a few other locations provided the same size option for our tires, so I was convinced we were golden. When the tires finally arrived, Derek had to give me the unfortunate news that the tire sizing was wrong. He was cognizant of the online tire shop's policies, and did everything to make sure that I wasn't at fault and would be able to swap the tires and rims without issue. This includes packing up and shipping the erroneous order back, and fitting us into their calendar for a second time. I did have some issues over the phone with one of the other people who answered the phone who had described calling me back as "doing me a favour". All in all, we got sorted, and were treated well through the silliness.

  I brought my van in for safety, they were honest and helpful. I will definitely be back for my Honda vans upkeep. They explained all the details to me in a way that I could understand. I felt safe and sound after they helped me out! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service done on their vehicle Appreciate the advice and support! I will be back.

  First time customer. Arrived at Beverly Tire with a flat tire at closing time. Early next morning I was informed that the tire was punctured but otherwise OK and it was repaired for a fraction of what they could have made if they just sold me a new ( or two new tires). As a former small business owner I truly appreciated the prompt service and honesty. Many thanks to Derek (manager) and his staff.
