    My wife’s car needed repairs. Enterprise was exceptions for our rental during the repair period. Car was suitable size and was in good condition. Easy pick up and drop off. No hassles at return. Very happy with the service we received. Would definitely rent from again.

    Absolutely not recommended Worst customer service experience with Mitish Bharani. I came in hoping to do some good business for my company on an ongoing basis, but within a 5-minute conversation, his main focus seemed to be reminding me that he’s the manager — and correcting me about what a convertible looks like and what qualifies as an SUV 😅. Not sure how someone with that attitude ended up in customer service.

    I will never use Enterprise car rental again. Over the years I've used specifically this location (Havester Rd. Burlington) Slowly but surely customer service has declined. They used to pick me up and drop me off. Then they started to push back so I would only request a drop off. This time they flat out refused. Staying the 9km was too far away. Over the years I've spent 1000's of dollars at this location. I was also about rent a van for a month starting two days from now. I will no longer rent from Enterprise car rental their effort to save themselves the cost of a 20 min drive will cost them thousands in the long run. I literally just started a business that that will require the rental of vans on a semi regular basis. Smh
