  I took my car to Halton Honda body shop to fix a dent a few years ago and they charged me so much money, so asked them why it is so expensive they said they have to remove rear windshield to have access to the dent to fix it, after they fixed my car occasionally I had water leakage to my trunk and I was confused where is the leakage from, I took my car for inspection and nobody found out the reason of leakage, finally after a few years my trunk has so many rust and every years the leakage get worse and worse, after every rain I have one inch water in trunk. Finally I found that the leakage come from sides of rear windshield because Halton Honda body shop did not sealed it correctly, when I went to Halton Honda they said they do not have body shop and referred me to Assured company, so went there and their manager said they do not have any record of my car and they asked my receipt, I said I lost my receipt after years. They destroyed my car during years and now I have rusted car because of their mistake and even they do accept to fix my rear windshield. Assured Company advertise that they have lifetime guarantee, how it is possible you have lifetime guarantee and you do not keep record of cars???? Halton Honda, I delivered my car to your company to fix it and after a few days I picked up my car from your company, why you do not accept responsibility for your body shop and you say you do not have body shop???????
