Despite advance reservation I had to wait a bit to get the car. Very inefficient location. Looks like they don't have enough cars and they take more reservations than they can keep up with. When you complain they talk as if this is normal procedure and noone can do anything about it. The same was true about their office space where climate control was turned off and it was very uncomfortable. High prices and bad service is the norm. I would avoid them if you have to keep an appointment with anyone as they are not reliable.
