Terrible service – avoid this location!
Returned my rental on Aug 4 at 9:50
AM and handed the keys to an Enterprise rep, but they marked it as returned on Aug 5, charging me an extra day. I even shared proof with my Uber receipt showing I left right after.
To make it worse, the invoice says I drove 4,674 km, when I only went from Quebec City to Montreal to Waterloo Airport. Completely inaccurate and unacceptable.
Stay away from this branch.

I had the worst experience ever at this location. I booked a Ford Explorer two days before my arrival, but when I got there, a staff member gave the vehicle to his friends—even though I arrived earlier than they did. He then gave me a Chrysler Pacifica instead and claimed it was because I’m under 25. That explanation makes no sense, considering both vehicles are large SUVs, and I had already informed them of my age when I made the booking. His behavior felt discriminatory, and it seemed like we were treated unfairly. The staff member was Gujarati, and his actions appeared biased and unprofessional.

Very bad experience, we booked a car online and when i went there to pick they gave us another car and they said you are not allowed to rent this car then why they booked??? Actually he gave that car to his friend.

Booked a car on Jun 2nd for a Canada day weekend online. They called me today on Jun 26th, a day before pickup, saying I cannot get a car because I don't have a flight. Why wait until the last day? Also, I did select the option "I don't have the flight".
