The individual who identified himself as the manager (Pablo) demonstrated unprofessional conduct in both customer interaction and staff supervision. Despite my clear and repeated refusal of additional services, specifically the cabin and air filter replacement, I felt persistent pressure to proceed with unnecessary purchases. Moreover, the manner in which he addressed his team—often in a raised and disrespectful tone—created an uncomfortable environment and suggested a lack of basic workplace professionalism. Overall, the experience was marked by poor communication, inadequate customer respect, and ineffective leadership. Based on this encounter, I cannot recommend this location for automotive service.

No sales pressure at all. One thing they didn't offer was the synthetic oil filter although they did tell me if I wanted to for next time I could bring my own in and they'd use it. I'm definitely returning. Highly recommend.
