  I just had to have my front bumper, fender and headlight replaced after my first accident. The service here was fantastic and repairs were completed in a week! They worked seemlessly with my insurance and ensured that enterprise came to pick me up to get a rental car! Thank you Assured, my car looks the same as it did before my accident!!

  This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. My insurance sent my car here, and once it was declared a total loss, I needed to urgently retrieve my personal belongings. I called multiple times a day for five days straight. No one answered. No one called me back. When I finally went in person, I was told they were “too busy” to check voicemails. When I challenged this I was then told my messages were never received which was clearly not true after the receptionist confirmed that she listened to all of the voicemails from one of the days that I called and left one and confirmed their phone number. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic professionalism is very concerning. If they can’t manage a phone call, I would not trust them to manage a vehicle repair. Avoid.

  I was involved in my first car accident and genuinely didn't know the full process. Mandy not only answered all of my questions, but supported me in understanding the WHOLE process, step by step, with genuine kindness. I got to have a few laughs despite the situation I was in, and Mandy even phoned up Enterprise to support coordinating my rental vehicle. To Mandy - thank you, sincerely. You calmed my worries about insurance, maintenance, and renting a vehicle. I couldn't be happier about my experience with Assured Brantford Collision.

  From the moment I walked in, Lori Caetano-Joyce, and Mandy Tupper, handled my claim with "know-how" and confidence. They made the assessment/details/insurance claim, and getting the rental car, such a smooth transition. It was quick, comfortable, trust-worthy, and painless. Thank you Lori and Mandy for an excellent job, smooth transition, and trustful experience.
