  I had a great experience at Tommy’s Car Wash in Brampton, located at Queen Street and Airport Road. The service was smooth, efficient, and well worth it—my car came out spotless and looking brand new. A special shoutout to Liz, who was absolutely lovely. She took the time to explain the different wash options clearly and was very informative without ever being pushy. Her friendly attitude and professionalism really made the experience stand out. If you’re looking for a reliable car wash with great customer service, I highly recommend stopping by this location. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff are professional and keep everything running seamlessly. I also had a positive interaction with Dunya, who was friendly and helpful during my visit.   Went to tommy’s car wash on March 29 Sunday for the first time. I had a damage on my rear wiper of the car during car wash , next day on Monday i got a call from Ravi from Tommy Express regarding this. They verified the issue and started the claim process. He was very cooperative about the claim and apologetic about what has happened and seemed very sincere on resolving this issue. Update: Today on Saturday April 4, Ravi called me that part is ready and i went there and they installed it. I was amazed at the exceptional customer service they provided. Ravi is an amazing guy and manager of the facility who gave me the tour of the car wash also and explained about the different steps of the car wash. I highly recommend Tommy’s express car wash for their car wash quality, exceptional customer service, brand new very spacious facility, highly modern and advanced technology, a great business for Brampton Community.
