The customer service at this Enterprise location was extremely poor — unhelpful, unprofessional, and honestly frustrating to deal with. On top of that, there’s a major issue with parking. I came there to pick up a rental and couldn’t even find space to park my own car. It makes no sense how a car rental location doesn’t have proper parking for customers. Overall, a very disappointing and poorly managed experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
