  Avoid this branch. I spent my own time cleaning every inch of this car, yet they still slapped me with a $110 "cleaning fee." Total scam. Check your CCTV footage from my return; it proves the car was spotless. They’re just looking for ways to pad the bill. Never again.

  Great customer service. They know what you need by asking great questions. They take care of their customers. I had switched to this location for my rental needs because they helped me at a stressful time of need, a couple of months ago. I also had a very stressful situation with the terminal 1 location and the contact centre. I was pretty much done with enterprise and I am a frequent platinum member so that says volumes about the experience. This location ... every single one of the employees especially Jerica and Anthony worked so hard to make it right not only for myself but to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. I appreciate each one of the employees here. Thank you for being there.

  Team Hurontarip for the win! Anthony and Jalen greeted us warmly upon our arruval. We felt like Red Carpet celebrities! We had booked through the app, and during our check-in process, Jalen intriduced us to a vehicle class we had never previously considered. Hands down, best deciison ever! #noregrets Professional, polite, knowledgeable, honest, helpful....he walked us through the features of the vehicle, and helped us understand options and what would give us the best bang for our buck. He also provided a phone number in case we needed supoort while traveling (Thankfully had no issue on the road.) Jerica was there to receive the vehicle on our return. The level of professionalism was again, without question. This team takes customer satisfaction to a whole new level! We see you, team. We appreciate the details. We have been renting from this location from the days of Fisherman's Drive. Although team members change the level of service remains above par. Thank you Team. We feel seen, valued, and respected. 🙏
