  I am very disappointed with the service from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Durango. My husband and I rent cars from Enterprise frequently, so this was not our first experience—but this one was extremely frustrating. We rented a car on Saturday, April 4, and returned it on Monday at 6:15 PM. We understood there is typically a 30-minute grace period, so we believed returning it at that time would be acceptable. However, no one informed us that we were not allowed to park in front of the office after hours, nor were we told that this location does not have an after-hours drop box. Assuming a standard process, we parked the car in front of the office. The next day, we found out that the car had been towed from the plaza. This came as a complete shock. At no point during pickup or return instructions did anyone mention that this could happen or explain proper after-hours return procedures. When we reached out for help, there was no support or accountability from the staff. As a result, I ended up being charged $700 on my credit card, which is completely unacceptable. This situation could have easily been avoided if proper instructions had been clearly communicated. I expected much better service and transparency, especially as a frequent customer.

  When you call on the phone, never answer let you wait 30 minutes and disconnect the line and waiting until six o'clock that's happened 2 time idiots

  I had a great experience renting a car. The location was clean, well organized, and very welcoming. The staff provided friendly and professional customer service from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly and made the rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean and in great condition, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free everything was. Overall, it was a very good place to rent a car, and I was very satisfied with the service. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to others. 🚗😊
