Insipte of business account , the issue of low air pressure was shown to the manager and twice air was filled and assured that there is no issue with the tire. Throughout the usage , the tire pressure kept dropping and had to fill air 5 times in 2 days while on a business trip,. The staff is no negligent that they left Kia keys in the car which out of courtesy , I arranged to be handed over to avoid any inconvenience to them. On returning, I had to wait for over 30 minutes with repeated requests made to see the manager to give the feedback. The consistent response was that " manager is busy". The car was full of cigarette smell and wasn't prepared properly. The service has gone poor since the previous manager ( Inder) left this office.
