I got a suv that I don’t like as it’s to big and feels like I’m driving a minivan and have been trying to swap it out for 2 days. I called yesterday morning and spoke with Adriana who indicated that they had a car at a dealership awaiting pick up and promised that as soon as they picked it up they would give me a call to come swap vehicles. I waited the whole day and never received a callback, then it took me over an hour at the end of the day to get ahold of the location to get an update. Over 10 unanswered calls in the span of an hour and a half. By the time somebody finally answered they indicated that they didn’t have the vehicle they promised me and to come tomorrow morning to swap for another one. When I called in the morning they said they had a bunch of vehicles and to come by to make the swap. Once I got there after waiting 20 minutes in line they told me they only had two cars available neither of which were SUV’s that I was paying the premium for. Even when I explained to them how horrible this experience has been, no empathy was given or alternatives to help rectify the issue. This location has wasted my time two days in a row, with no care for the customer experience or any follow through on what was promised. They seem to be severely understaffed and lack the necessary training to know the importance of answering their phones.
