  They are absolutely horrible I never leave bad reviews but i’m actually in shock - I call this morning to pick up a car after my own car has been in an accident and the reservation was made to them, I needed to switch locations and after many times trying to reach them they tell me i can get my car at another location without them transferring over the reservation. So i call the other location and they say that they need to transfer it over. When i call them back BEFORE they were closed they hung up on me and once it hit 12 they stopped answering! Absolutely despicable, now i am without a rental car and have to call them on Monday. If you can go to any other location PLEASE go there.

  Received a rental car while my car was being repaired. The Mazda I received was new, clean and well maintained. The staff were all very helpful, professional and friendly, from pick up, rental extension and return. Thanks for your assistance!

  📍 100 Van Kirk Dr, Brampton I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 100 Van Kirk Dr in Brampton, and unfortunately this was not the first time I have faced the same issue at this branch. After completing the full rental process, including payment and all required paperwork, I was forced to wait more than 1 hour and 15 minutes just to receive a vehicle. Everything on my end was already done, yet I was left waiting with no clear explanation for the delay. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have rented from other Enterprise locations, and they provide excellent service. At other branches, I usually receive a car within 5 to 10 minutes, and even when a vehicle is not immediately available, the staff clearly communicates and updates the system within minutes. That is the level of service customers expect. Unfortunately, this Brampton location seems to operate very differently. There was no clear communication, no time estimate, and no sense of urgency. I had to repeatedly ask for updates, and even then, there was no helpful response or apology for the excessive delay. This was the second time I experienced this same issue at this location, which suggests a pattern of poor management or inefficient operations. A one-time delay can happen, but repeated long wait times after payment is unacceptable. Enterprise is generally a reliable company, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Based on my repeated experiences at this specific branch, I do not recommend the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 100 Van Kirk Dr, Brampton, particularly if you value your time and expect professional customer service.
