    Never had bad experience with Enterprise. Branch Manager Anthony hooked me up with a really nice SUV. Super friendly and awesome guy. I would definitely be back at this location. My advice to whoever is having second thoughts, avoid all other shady companies at all cost. Don’t try to save few bucks here and there, Enterprise is the way to go 😊Highly recommended.

    All of your vehicles' gas levels should be filled up to facilitate a smoother experience for customers. The cars I rented were due for servicing, which caused the dashboard indicators to light up, inducing anxiety due to my limited knowledge of vehicles. This led to panic, fearing the car would stop. Furthermore, the vehicle lacked washer fluid, particularly during snowy days. I overfilled the gas tank and inquired about a refund, but the representative declined. As a long-time Enterprise customer, I was disappointed to find that this location does not offer pick-up and drop-off services, unlike other locations.

    Bovaird and hurontario location is dishonest. I dealt with Anthony and Chidi. Despite completing a full walk-around of the rental car and receiving the closing invoice, I was contacted just 30 minutes later by Anthony to claim there was a crack on the vehicle after the return. This appears to be poor customer service and questionable business practice. Hi Natalie, can I have ur email address , I am unable to fill the form on the link you provided.

    I discovered that a vehicle was rented under my name through this enterprise without my authorization or ID. I was not informed of any charges at the time of the rental. I only became aware of this issue when I received a bill from the bank stating that the unpaid balance could negatively impact my credit score. I immediately reported this matter. It has now been over a month, yet I continue to receive the same response stating that the case is still under review. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant stress and concern regarding my credit history. I am requesting immediate action and resolution of this issue. Please ensure that my name and credit record are cleared without further delay.

    October 2025 experience - Cheater, Fraud, False Commitment. I am frequent customer of enterprise Brampton Autopark and there services are great since long. Once they were not having car booked by me and sent me to this location. First time Jerica was excellent and provided great service. Based on first impression, I booked next rental from this location from 11th October to 14th October 2025 and that was my fault. Jerica was on vacation. Other staff members are cheater and made false commitment. When I rented car, it was almost with empty fuel tank and I asked them to give me with full tank. But person told me they will buyin the excess gas when I'll return the car. I believed him and agreed and took the rental car. When I returned car on 14th October 2025, the person on counter agreed on the same and told me around 40 to 50 CAD will be adjusted for the excess gas in my final bill. But they didn't send invoice at the same time and told I'll get on my mail. I didn't get invoice till late evening and I called them on their location number but call was not attended after 10 mins of hold. I tried several times and faced same each time. Later I called customer service number and got connected. They told me they are passing matter to location and somebody will call me on this matter. But didn't get call back. I repeatedly called them each day (both customer service and location specific number) but everytime faced same situation. Also, customer service told they'll escalate the issue to regional manager/area manager and they'll connect back to me. This happened almost 10 days continuously. In last customer service told they don't adjust gas price and can't do anything, go to location specific manager. My call was attended by Jeylan at location specific number after around 10 days. He was too rude and not customer friendly. After hearing all details, he told my booking is closed, their executive didn't make such committment to adjust the gas price, supported their false promise and cut the call without proper justification. I'll not book the next car from this fraud, cheater location where they make false committment, their manager is cheaper amd arrogant. Also suggest to all, either don't book car from this location or take car with full tank or take the committment in written form so that you can show them later when required for final billing. Enterprise customer service is also of no use in this case, therefore I'll plan to go for other vendors like Avis, Budget, etc for my future rental. Overall, I got poorest experience from them after 3 years of continuous good services and no single apology is given by them.
