I had a pickup scheduled for 6:00 PM and was called at 4:00 PM to say it wasn’t available. Initially, no solution was offered and I had to make my own enquiry before any alternatives were mentioned. However, the team eventually arranged a good ride so everything’s sorted now. The customer service at this branch on my return was honestly good.
