  I am writing to formally report unprofessional behavior and an unfair attempt to charge excessive fees at the Enterprise Car Rental location in Bramalea, 2074 Steeles Ave East, Unit 18, Brampton, ON L6T 4Z9. When I arrived to return my vehicle at this location, the car was fully cleaned and detailed. However, the employees at this branch refused to accept the vehicle return, behaved rudely, and insisted that the car was not clean enough. They attempted to forcefully charge me a $450 cleaning fee, without providing any reasonable explanation or evidence. Due to their refusal to process the return and their unprofessional conduct, I was left with no option but to return the vehicle to another Enterprise location. At the other location, the staff inspected the same vehicle and accepted the return immediately, behaving calmly, respectfully, and professionally. No cleaning issues or additional fees were raised, which clearly proves that the car was returned in acceptable condition. The behavior at the Bramalea location was intimidating and unacceptable. Refusing a return, attempting to impose an unjustified charge, and speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner is not the level of service expected from Enterprise Car Rental. I am requesting: A formal investigation into the conduct of the employees at the Bramalea branch Confirmation that no cleaning fee is applied to my rental Assurance that customers will not be pressured or treated unfairly in the future This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience and has seriously affected my confidence in Enterprise. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and resolved promptly.

  I rented a car while mine was being repaired. The staff there is amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful which made process easy. The vehicle I got was almost brand new. Even thought to put a snow brush in car. Would definitely use again and recommend.

  This is one of those locations you do not go to I could explain but if I have to come here to leave a bad review you already know they never resolved my problem but escalated it!!!! I assure you heather problem needs to be fixed with in that location is the problem

  My friend went to this location here for a rental but when he dropped off the rental which he cleaned spotless and filled up with tank, these guys want to go and send a cleaning fee and all these other charges a weak in a half later saying he owes couple hundreds fr cleaning fees and other things that were not there that was really unacceptable and the fact they only treat certain people like royalty is like some of there own kind and I feel so uncomfortable saying that but when it’s the truth what can you do avoid this location at all cost!!!!!!
