- BNblessing nwaborOct 1, 20251.0I brought my car here for repair and was referred by my insurance but they didn’t fix the car well . The car wasn’t even cleaned upon arrival and had to wait for an hour . The girl in the middle on the front desk that works there should be fired by the employer . She doesn’t know her work . She called me saying the car is ready for pickup and that I didn’t need to pay any deductible which I ended up diong when I got there . False information and needs more training . The service was very poor . Another issue is they claim they have life time warranty and when the car starts having issues I went back the manager there what is name Karl he said I have to pay extra amount to fix the car . Please don’t know go to this shop even if insurance refer you there don’t go there . They are scam and they try to get what they want . They will want you to sign a form with them before they start reassessing the car . The other guy Dhar was very rude on my second day when I went there I was talking to him he walked out on me , he claim he give good customer service and he doesn’t very rude and arrogant .They know what they diong . I would suggest you use a different shop than coming . They make a whole lot of money from customers and insurance . They are scammers . I hope they end up not getting customers by the end of this year . Up until now my car is still not fixed well . PLS DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE . If the insurance tell you to go this place tell the insurance that you have where you want your car to be fixed but definitely not this place as it is not recommended
