  My car was recently hit and my insurance brought my car to Assured for an assessment. With multiple things going that needed to be done after the accident. Assured helped to keep me updated with everything going on with my car. They called, left voicemails and even when I visited they answered any questions I had. They helped me get through the process I needed in order for things to go smoothly. Dar was super helpful with everything, answered all my question and kept a constant communication with me.

  I went here as my insurance company referred me..the place is a mess .the manager was very rude and ignorant. He cared a damn if I was waiting for long even when I went after taking an appointment. Never seen an arrogant person like him. He told me to wait for repair appointment for like 15 days and when I told him that I don’t to wait for 15 days and I am going to another repair shop then he gave me appointment after 3 days. His attitude was like he was doing favour for me.. The lady on the reception gave me some papers to sign and while signing the papers he ( the manager) told me , Please sign the papers fast as we are very busy and that I need to take my car out of the parking area as other car needs to come.he was very rude while telling me this I left from there without signing the papers and cancelled the appointment for repairs. Insurance company should keep a track on such collision centres who care a damn about their customers I then went to Fix Auto which is just 1 minute drive from this location which was also referred by my insurance company I got a very good service there and got my car repaired on time Don’t waste your time coming here. There are many better places on same road

  My honda odyssey was rear ended by someone. My insurance adjuster recommended this place and my experience was fantastic with them. They replaced my rear bumper which now looks pretty new along with the sensors. They not only did the repair but they actually washed my car and clean the interior as well. The only a bit odd experience i face was with the guy who came out to look at the damage. He seems to be bit impatient in answering my questions but all in all they did a very good job with lifetime warranty. The lady at the front desk Heather was ver nice and very welcoming.
