  I can easily recommend the team at Assured Automotive to any one of my friends and family, because that’s exactly how they treat your vehicle and more importantly you. When I had to have my truck repaired last September, they kept me completely updated with the estimate, time frame of the repair, and even handled my rental extension with my insurance. Assured really stands behind their warranty, even after the repairs were completed they still treated me like a valued customer. There was something minor on the truck that I wasn’t fully satisfied with and Romelle made sure that it was re-adjusted to my liking. Where he went above and beyond, was that he arranged for me to get a ride to work and even dropped the truck off once it was completed. A minor repair was treated with the upmost professionalism and urgency. So big or small, I can say with confidence Assured has you covered.

  I am so grateful for Peter and the entire team at Assured. Their compassion, honesty, hard work … the list could go on and on. My car was damaged and I had the pleasure of discussing next steps with Peter. He was so kind & helpful ◡̈ the front desk staff are also the sweetest. When I went to pick up my car, Jordan helped me out. He was super thorough in explaining the work to me. My car battery was not being good on the day off pickup and they had fully charged it for me, which I really appreciated. It was an 8-day repair & I am so glad I went here as the entire service from start to end was fabulous. Thank you so much, grateful to have my Crosstrek back looking new!

  After being rear-ended on September 23rd, my husband Ross and I brought our vehicle to Assured to be fixed. When we arrived, all the employees and Manager were wonderful! They gave us a pad and pen, to make notes while speaking to our insurance company, Pete, an Appraiser, offered us coffee and water, and was really wonderful with us. I was a nervous wreck as we had never been in accident prior to this one. We returned on Thursday to retrieve some items from our car and Jordan, who is also an Appraiser, came out and introduced himself, explained what needed to be fixed or replaced and he went into great detail explaining the damage to us. He also pointed out that the car seat for our youngest grandson in the back seat would need to be relaced, as well as the booster seat for his older brother, that was in the trunk at the time we were hit, as they were now compromised, and would need to be replaced, which we were unaware of. They also made arrangements for us to get a rental the next day, which included a shuttle to pick us up. All the staff that we came in contact with, were very knowledgeable, respectful and very pleasant. This Assured is definitely professional!
