Their friendliness, knowledge and willingness to explain the rental and insurance process was appreciated during a stressful time. Very refreshing, very appreciated.

A white guy at the counter who seemed to be senior was insulting a brown lady in front of us due to her poor language skills. Laughing them in an insulting way. Then after when I asked that I have been trying your number since yesterday and no one is picking up. His excuse was that they are understaffed. Company has given all other branches 10 people and his branch works only with 3. We came back after not getting any vehicle and there were only arguments and no apology. I felt very bad for those two ladies. This guy was an extremist and full of racism. I checked all the previous reviews about this branch. This guy is rude with all south asians or people with colour.

The staff has always been very friendly and compassionate in these situations. Service was quick and reliable. I dealt with Jack yesterday when I returned my recent rental, he was professional, polite and very friendly. He even drove me to pick up my car at the body shop and maintained good conversation that didn’t feel awkward 😁 Great service, highly recommend!
