  This is a tough one to write. I had trouble choosing whether 4 stars or only 3. In the end, I decided on 4 because the person who handled my rental was (in my opinion) honest about what happened. I booked a truck -- several months ago -- to move out of an apartment on a specific day (June 27). The move had to be done on this particular day, and required a truck of a certain minimum size. By booking well in advance, I assumed it would all be fine. A day or two ahead of time, I was receiving reassuring emails from the company that my reservation was still "good". Unfortunately, when I arrived at the agreed time to pick up the truck, I was told that there was no truck. Sorry, it came back damaged the day before, and was being repaired. The attendant said he had called the day before to tell me this, but I never got the message. He claimed they had tried to get a replacement, but were unable to find another truck. The attendant seemed honest enough, and sincere enough, that I will have to take his words as the truth. So, 4 stars instead of 3, for the sake of the honest attendant. But, still, I was left without a truck, at the last minute, and was totally screwed. I was so angry that I just walked out before losing my cool. Buyer beware. Do not assume that just because a reservation has been made in advance that you will actually get a truck when you really need one. In fairness to the company, accidents do happen, and I don't blame the people involved. Still, I was left with an apartment of furniture to move out, and no truck to get the job done. (Luckily for me, I found another business that still had trucks available, and so the story ended up well enough for me.)
