  I can’t express my gratitude for these guys. My poor 2017 Hyundai Elantra bit the dust at 160k as a result of poor maintenance given by Belleville Hyundai. They ignored a known issue essentially costing me thousands. I knew for quite some time something wasn’t right , and knew they were screwing me around. When I brought it to Benson they actually took the issue seriously. These guys were able to do a full engine replacement at a decent price basically in the drop of a dime. I had 3 other garages say sorry we are full, or booked me for almost a month out. They even gave me a loaner vehicle while they did it so I could get to work. Completed in a few days , had to wait for some parts. Its even warrantied! Thank you so much 🙏

  These guys did a great job with my vehicles alignment and were very friendly/informative. Would highly recommend!

  I spoke with Devin J, throughout my experience. I am a female, I needed my tire checked and also had issues with my battery. Devin did not automatically suggest replacing my battery, instead he tested it to see where it ranked. Every change that occured over the course of my service was communicated and nothing was completed without my permission and a quote. I was impressed with the service here and would highly reccomend Benson Good Year on hwy 62 to anyone that needs great service!

  1st experience - safety of a used vehicle. Great staff. Clean and organized appearing mechanic bays. Talked through the process and showed any areas of concern to me on the car. They went the extra mile. Sept 2017. 2nd experience - etest. Same friendly service. Oct 2017 3rd experience - Mounting of tires to rims - Fit my schedule. Rims look just as I dropped them off (no marks). Friendly staff. Chris did up my bill and had a nice chat. Bays were just as clean as the last times. 4th experience - I'll start by saying I'm picky that things be exactly as the manufacturer specifies. Transmission fluid and filter change. Coolant change. Thermostat change. Great customer response and service when a concern is raised. 6th experience. Called to get estimate for rear brake replacement and rep wouldn’t even tell me what the parts and book rate. I’m aware it might need other parts but wanted to know their book rate and parts for brakes as a starting off point. Rep said no. Advised I’ll go elsewhere. 5th experience - alignment on van after new tires. We had alignment issues since the can was new and fought the dealer for a few years on and off. Well 7 years after buying van we went here and wow the steering wheel is now straight! I’m over the moon happy with that. friendly staff, they didn't mind my questions, clean shop. Clean bathroom. 2023
