  I took my car to Benson certified auto service to get some work done that I quite frankly didn't have time to get done. They did a thorough investigation. May even determined that some of the things that I thought were wrong were actually not wrong and they were able to identify and fix the issues promptly. I got my car back sooner than I thought. I was very happy with the service. I felt like the the charge and the rates were reasonable and they're able to get me to the rental shop as well. So I appreciate the support from the team there. They did an amazing job

  This place wants to make money off your good car parts. Avoid coming here if your car is precious to you! I had a resonator problem and they stated that my catalytic converter was the problem! They even went to the lengths of saying that my car can't be safetied in it's current shape to make me feel like I have to carry out that repair! It wasn't a major issue at all which I got fixed elsewhere for less than 10% of what they quoted me. The audacity of these people wanting to rob folks blind!

  Spoke with Peter following a miscommunication error. Inititally we were upset with the service we were provided however Peter reached out, listened to our situation, provided clairty from his point of view and made well by us for this communication error. Follow-up service was provided and greatly appreciated. A good establishment run by a respectable crew.

  2nd time I have made the 168km trip for tires on a different vehicle, Peter and his team are professional, courteous and friendly. Worth the drive to Benson's in Belleville.
