I recently visited Fountain Tire Barrie and had an awesome experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly right from the start. All the work was completed quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated as my schedule was crazy that day. The team as a whole was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to providing great service. It’s easy to see that the strong leadership from Altamash, the owner/manager, has created a positive environment where customer care really comes first. I would definitely recommend this location for your automotive service!

I had an exceptional experience with Fountain Tire and felt it was only fair to share it. Recently, I ran into an issue with my car that needed urgent attention. I visited several repair shops—both small local garages and larger service centers—but almost all of them were fully booked. Even when I explained that I was willing to pay extra for an urgent appointment, no one was able to accommodate me, and I was left quite stressed since I couldn’t wait days to get the problem fixed. Fortunately, I decided to stop by Fountain Tire. From the moment I arrived, their team was welcoming and understanding of my situation. Without hesitation, they took my car in, inspected it, and within a short time—about half an hour—they had resolved the issue completely. What truly stood out to me was their honesty and generosity. When I asked how much I owed, they simply told me the car was fixed and that there was no charge. I was genuinely surprised and insisted on paying, as they had clearly spent time and effort diagnosing and repairing the problem. However, they kindly refused. This level of customer service is rare. Their professionalism, integrity, and willingness to help—even without expecting anything in return—left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend Fountain Tire to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive service. They have certainly earned my trust, and I will not hesitate to return to them for any future car needs.

Super nice and friendly. Came in with terrible vibrations, they took me in right away, re balanced all the tires in 30 minutes and gave me a free inspection and took a look at the alignment, definitely coming back here for new tires. Truck drives beautiful now.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
