  Reserved a mid-sized SUV, they gave me a compact. Not even a discussion about it, handed me the keys and went to leave. I had to mention the fact I ordered a larger vehicle and only then were the willing to discount the rate... I also had to clear the snow from the car as well, what happened to Enterprise? They used to be the standard, but I guess with everything else, standards have dropped.

  Rented a car from here that was filthy. I contacted the office and they did offer a resolution to the matter. However, upon returning the car the staff asked about the issue and indicated they had cleaned it themselves. This would be impossible as my car rental was not ready when I arrived and was in the cleaning bay. The staff was serving other customers and doing paperwork so could not be in two places at once. In terms of invoices there was no transparcy between the signed contract and actual receipt. Nothing reflected the return of my deposit as it didn't show anywhere else except the contract. No paper copies offered. In addressing this both the staff and Store Manager didn't fully address concerns and it doesn't seem important to offer this transparency to customers with proper and accurate invoicing.

  I’ve rented from these guys a couple of times now and wanted to share my experience in case it helps others. Their customer service is excellent. They really take care of you both before and after pickup, which makes the whole thing really smooth. Their cars have always been in great condition. Pricing is also very affordable compared to others in the area. Overall, my experience has been really positive, and they truly deserve a 5-star rating. If you’re in Barrie, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try.

  Well this enterprise is probably one of the worst I’ve walked into. Ever. Dealer had “rented” me a car and I uberd it to this place. They had no idea what was going on. Zero. Anyway long story short it’s in a crap area of town and not the pinnacle of car rental locations. Enough said.
