  Today around 2:00 PM I went to Great Canadian Oil Change for a routine oil change. My vehicle was running perfectly before the service. A few hours later, after arriving in Toronto for personal matters, my car began displaying multiple error messages, including a warning that the engine oil level was low. I immediately checked the dipstick and it was completely dry. My vehicle is now undriveable and in limp mode. I am currently waiting for a tow truck to take my car from Scarborough back to Barrie. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable, as my vehicle had no issues prior to today’s service. I expect this situation to be taken seriously and resolved appropriately. Any damage resulting from improper service will be the responsibility of the shop.

  Changed my oil, didn't try to upsell me, but I brought my own wiper fluid, asked them to use it, they agreed and took it, then used their own and gave me mine back. I asked them to use it for a reason, and I found it quite rude and arrogant.

  Showed up with my 01 Vette and my brother's 03. Supplied the boys with oil and filter. They did better job than GM dealer and way better price. Fast, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank u boys.
