I had to buy tires snow tires for my truck. I did a fair bit of shopping around for a specific set to get the best price. I was surprised to that Fountain tire not only beat the price but installed it too! Thank you for the great experience!

Snow started to fall and as usual i was not prepared. Calling around, no one would even take me seriously let alone book me in for a rush appointment. On the first call to Fountain Tire Barrie, i was met with such great customer service and couldn't believe they got me in so quickly to put my snow tires on my rims. The experience there was phenomenal, the wait time was surprisingly short. I didnt realize it was a full service shop. I've recently moved to the area and I look forward to doing a lot more business Fountain Tire Barrie. Thanks Guys.

Too expensive. Under new management Brake job quoted almost $500 more from other places and the brake inspection fee wasn't waived if I moved forward with the repair. Sorry, I cannot afford you any longer. Update nov 19/25 Was told that I required all 4 rotors, brakes and 2 rear calipers and quoted almost $2300. Took my car to Kal tire and the tech advised the front rotors and pads were fine as well as the calipers. Only needed to have the rear brakes and rotors done. I will not be back to fountain tire. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. Took my

Service was good and personable but the prices are astronomical. They were trying to charge me $220 per tire for Sailun Ice Blazzers, while Canadian Tire is selling Blizzak DM-V2 for $300. Sailun is about $140 anywhere else, cause they suck.

Thank you for your assistance today. I have to complement you on your staff and facility. I have been working with Service Departments for all of my lengthy career. I have to say my visit to Fountain Tire yesterday was above and beyond. Your service advisors were both terrific. Their interaction with customers and staff was first rate. When delivering quotes or invoices they were professional and empathetic in their delivery. Thanks again and congratulations on such a great team

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
