  EDIT: I have revised my original review because, unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling disappointed. Throughout my rental, I was proactive in keeping the south Barrie team updated that I would need to extend my rental. Every extension was approved by their staff, and I followed the proper process each time. When my rental was complete, I returned the vehicle on time, clean, and in excellent condition. My disappointment then began when I received an email from head office threatening legal action if I did not return the vehicle, which it had been returned. This suggested there was a serious lack of communication between the branch and head office. Receiving a legal threat for something that had already been authorized was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. Especially when 3 individuals from their risk management team are on that email. I immediately contacted the south Barrie location to resolve the issue. I spoke with Deep I believe her name waa on Tuesday and was told the manager would call me back the next day as he would out of the office. When I didn’t receive a call the following day, I called again and spoke with Holly, who also assured me she was dealing with a customer but would call me back to help.. then 4 hours went by and I called back and she said “I was just going to call you.” We then talked and she said the manager would return my call..and I had said 11-12pm would work and never received a call back… It is now Friday, and I still have not received any follow-up. To make matters worse, I was billed over $1,000. I was led to believe the additional insurance coverage was a one-time fee of $34.99, u had asked this and found out it is not a daily charge. Instead, I was charged nearly $400 for the optional insurance that had been recommended to me for “one time fee.” Had this been clearly explained, I would have made a different decision. She had argued and said that the previous rental I had we did the same thing.. I said to be honest I didn’t check the final bill for that one as I had it for less time than this rental. I was genuinely a big fan of this location and took the time to write a positive review, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The lack of communication, failure to return calls, and unexpected additional charges have left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Unless these issues are addressed, I don’t see myself returning in the future. Amazing service. Josh the manager and the team are incredibly kind and go above and beyond.

  Had amazing experiences both times here! I highly recommend this location, they are friendly, quick and helpful! In addition, the manager Hollie went above and beyond for us! Thanks Hollie and team!

  I have called twice now to specifically speak with Jack, as I have heard he has amazing service and listens throughly to clients needs. I have been put on hold BOTH times just to hear someone hang up on me. If this is how you guys treat potential clients then I am extremely disappointed and happy to take my needs elsewhere
