Adam went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and I was able to pick it up sooner. Staff was friendly and kind. Only downside is that they don't have a lock box to drop off the key if you return the vehicle after closing. Was a bit inconvenient but otherwise the service I received made up for it.

Unfortunately, the car was not equipped to handle the snowy conditions I just stuck in even 3 cm snow!!!!!!!! Despite my request for a safer vehicle suited for winter driving, my concerns were not adequately addressed, and they told us they don’t have any car !!!!!!!!!!

Even calling first thing when they open and throughout the day. This isn't the extra customer service they support or going the extra mile they advertise. I'll be letting my insurance company to remove this location from their perferred location.

They were super friendly and for my first time renting a car I was an amazing experience. There was no hidden cost and the vehicle was up to the highest standard. I will now rent cars alot more knowing that it is a easy a.d straight forward procces. Thanks you guys again for making it an amazing experience.
