What they tried to offer me was 3 seats less than the vehicle that I had, which was totally unacceptable. And it was to have winter tires approved by my insurance. They have done nothing to get me a vehicle. The staff inside are rude unprofessional, and this is not the first experience at this location like this. I have called many times messages have been left, not one phone call back after taking my phone number. My insurance has resubmitted to them and approved for the winter tires. I thought the vehicles were supposed to be smoke-free, somebody was smoking in a in a rental and they gave it to a senior citizen and they knew it was supposed to be no smoke, do severe allergies. And this is the vehicle that they gave to this poor woman. So it's just it's how they treat people is not acceptable and I've had friends that have rented from there same issues. So beware.

- RWRob WrightDec 16, 20255.0Our vehicle was in for repairs. We had requested a mid size suv, the didn’t have one. They gave us a pickup. Took the truck and once it was warm it smelt like an ashtray. The next driving around and realized that I could not see at all because a headlight was out, (4am). Once this was brought to the managers attention she tied it right away and took accountability. We have rented vehicles from here plenty of times and will continue to do so because of this.
