  Very friendly and great service. I was kept up to date on the repairs. Very satisfied with the services. Yolanda was super friendly and always on top of everything.

  Had a bad crash with my 3 month old Ram. Dealt with Bill Buckley who is the GM at this shop. He was a pleasure to deal with as well as the front desk girls. Bill did his best to get the est together as quacky as possible even with the xmas and new years holidays and being short staffed . When dealing with him in person I had his full attention and he explained things as required . Felt at ease in this shop. Thanks to all the staff

  When my husband called Assured, the person he spoke with was very helpful and answered all of his questions. Having your car in an accident is very stressful, but with Siona G.’s help at the shop, everything went smoothly. She was very informative and thorough, and she emailed me updates about my car throughout the process. I highly recommend Assured because all of the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy.

  Am very disappointed, my daughter is 6 months pregnant, her car was involved in an accident, insurance sent her to Assured, they fixed the body but that was it, they allowed her to take her car back that wasn't road worthy. With the impact of the accident, her ball joint on the side she was hit, ended up braking, not only they didn't fix it, but they didn't even tell her about it, they told her well that's probably wear and tear after i brought it to a differentmachine, regardless these people should have advised her of it, if it wasn't for her moving and me giving her my jeep to use, driving from Toronto to Midland in a storm, she could've ended up in another accident. This place put my daughter and her unborn baby at risk of a serious accident or death. I brought her car to two different mechanics and they felt something was off right away. So there's no excuse for leaving my daughters car in that situation. I will be taking this further so no one will have to go through this. Sincerely pissed off mom.
