  10+++ great experience from start to finish. Even getting the rental car. Everyone at Assured in Barrie was understanding made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Would definitely let friends and family know this is the best place to get your vehicle fixed. Even clean up the floor mats and dash was wiped down. Thanks again the staff at Assured Automotive. 10++++ experience

  Got rear ended insurance wanted me to take my truck here for an assessment, saw the endless bad reviews all saying the same issues of poor quality service bad communication and incredibly slow repair times. Absolutely not. Going to use my usual mechanic instead. Steer clear of this one yikes!!

  So you want to talk about unlucky and lucky at the same time. In the last year, I have been hit three times significantly and also a deer run through the front edge of my truck. I could not say enough how the treatment, the constant reminders of what’s happening then the best treatment of all. The workmanship on my pride n joy you’d think it was there truck. No corners cut no half anything, just a great team that provides 100% quality workmanship you all rock. A front staff and my project manager unbelievable dedication.   We had an amazing experience with Assured Automotive after our vehicle was in an accident. From start to finish, the service was fast, efficient, and incredibly well organized. We were kept informed at every stage of the process, which made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. A special thank you to Yolanda, who was absolutely amazing, so supportive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. She really made all the difference. It’s not often you can say you had a great experience in a situation like this, but they truly went above and beyond. We can’t say enough good things - highly recommend!
