    Always an excellent experience renting from Enterprise yesterday. The gentleman who helped me was professional, efficient, and had me on the road very quickly. I unfortunately don’t recall his name, but the service was top notch. Tariq is also usually there when I rent, and he’s consistently outstanding. He’s friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and makes the whole process fast and easy every time. The team runs a smooth operation and it’s always a stress free experience. Highly recommend.

    Unexpectedly when my new car wouldn’t turn on, it needed to be towed and the dealership paid for a rental. I had to get to Enterprise with no notice The service team there was able to get me a suitable vehicle with a reservation that was only five minutes old! They were extremely busy, but still managed to provide friendly professional service. I would highly recommend this location of Enterprise rental car in Aurora.

    I got a rental car from Enterprise recently, and Tariq assisted me throughout the process. He thoroughly explained every step of the rental procedure, went over the details clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. He was extremely helpful, professional, and provided outstanding customer service.     They gave me a car that's much smaller. I requested to change multiple times but they didn't arrange one for me, even though they had multiple comparable vehicles coming through their site. I had to drive the small car during this historic snow season. When returning the vehicle, they found a crack on the windshield and I had to pay for it! I never noticed it and don't know how it happened. I didn't do anything bad to the car. Maybe it's just from the cold weather. It was covered under ice near the wiperblades. If they had just gave me the right vehicle, this bad luck would not have happened to me. I wouldn't be coming back here in the future.
