    For the two gentlemen working the counter at the Aurora location. Thank you!! You guys are simply AMAZING!! These two deserve a raise. You should have a least min two people at that location during the day. At least someone to answer a phone or emails. Just my opinion. These two gentlemen always kept their professionalism and respect to each customer and treated each one the same. These two definitely/honestly deserve a raise. And cant forgot the valet or lot gentlemen as well. They were all simply amazing. As a previous Service Manager, Ive always believed, if you take care of your employees, they take care of you and your business and go above and beyond without asking. If I was a hiring manager, I would be trying to poach these two guys from you. 😉 Respectful and well-mannered employees are hard to come by. Its tough finding good employees these days. Thank you gentlemen, I know where ill be going for my next rental.

    The Enterprise location in Aurora, Ontario was a recent pleasant experience. Aresh and his team were efficient and professional. At the time I received a decent daily rate of $32/day, however I learned that the prices were about to "jump" for the Christmas/holiday season. That is an area the travel industry should be reconsidering when charging customers. As it is most people are dealing with high costs. Keep those prices low!!
