- ADA DJan 23, 20261.0Booked a PREMIUM ELITE SUV (Mercedes Audi or BMW). Booking confirmed - showed up nobody is here and when they finally show up the offer me a MAZDA …. Disorganized, unprofessional and never seems to have their crap together. Suggest renting elsewhere
- JKJ KatJan 16, 20261.0I will be contacting head office about this. There is never anyone at this branch! Get your staffing issues together please. It’s incredibly frustrating for the local customers. I have a drop off scheduled for 4:15PM The place closes at 5:00PM - I arrived at 4. I have been calling since 2 - no answer and no one at the location. I placed the keys in the drop box. I can’t even get a hold of the Kanata location to let them know it’s dropped off ON TIME so I don’t get charged further. This is terrible service.
- SSSteve SJan 5, 20262.0We booked a car rental for Monday afternoon, even called to confirm the Friday before. We show up at 3:30 on Friday and the door is locked and lights are off. Waited until 5pm while calling the head office and complaining. Eventually an area manager gave us a call and said they would have someone drive a vehicle out to the location after hours just for us. Giving two stars because the area manager comped us a day on our rental, however waiting for an hour and a half when the office should've been open was frustrating.
