It’s incredibly frustrating for the local customers. I have a drop off scheduled for 4:15PM The place closes at 5:00PM - I arrived at 4. I have been calling since 2 - no answer and no one at the location. I placed the keys in the drop box. I can’t even get a hold of the Kanata location to let them know it’s dropped off ON TIME so I don’t get charged further. This is terrible service.
- SSSteve SJan 5, 20262.0We booked a car rental for Monday afternoon, even called to confirm the Friday before. We show up at 3:30 on Friday and the door is locked and lights are off. Waited until 5pm while calling the head office and complaining. Eventually an area manager gave us a call and said they would have someone drive a vehicle out to the location after hours just for us. Giving two stars because the area manager comped us a day on our rental, however waiting for an hour and a half when the office should've been open was frustrating.
