- SSSteve SJan 5, 20262.0We booked a car rental for Monday afternoon, even called to confirm the Friday before. We show up at 3:30 on Friday and the door is locked and lights are off. Waited until 5pm while calling the head office and complaining. Eventually an area manager gave us a call and said they would have someone drive a vehicle out to the location after hours just for us. Giving two stars because the area manager comped us a day on our rental, however waiting for an hour and a half when the office should've been open was frustrating.

I've missed my stuff a few times and they always keep it until I'm back to ask for it. I've been renting cars from different places, and they're hands down one of the best teams I've come across. Lucas and Ahmad are among those that have helped me more than once and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend.
