The team never assume and always call before the day I'm renting to clarify my needs, and sometimes even while I have the car to make sure everything is going smoothly. I've missed my stuff a few times and they always keep it until I'm back to ask for it. I've been renting cars from different places, and they're hands down one of the best teams I've come across. Lucas and Ahmad are among those that have helped me more than once and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend.

I Booked in advance and informed them well in advance i need a truck, and on top of that even when they asured me they would have one every time i got there. They didn't have one for me. This is screwing me over and the body shop i am dealing with. On top of this i am driving over 80km just to find out i am screwed over.
