  Yu from the Ajax Centre was really friendly and accommodating. He attended to me with great care and attention and ensured that I understood all the requirements around the use of the car. I am pleased with the service I received and the car I got was in pristine condition, this made the overall experience much better.

  Professional and friendly staff. Parking lot can get full making parking difficult but if you're just returning you can park on the side or in the front of the store and they will take care of it. Lovely location.

  ive beeb renting since 1995 and gotta say The whole staff at this location is friendly and just great atitude all around....all the employees especially Cooper always have a smile on their face and always helpful......great service at this location

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent car rental experience. A couple of weeks ago, I had reserved a vehicle online well in advance, specifically one that could accommodate seven people. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick up the car, the only available vehicle was in a damaged condition. I felt I had no choice but to accept it, as there were no other suitable options available on the lot at that time. I believe the vehicle should have been thoroughly inspected before being offered to customers. The fact that I had reserved a seven-seater in advance adds to my disappointment, as I expected a safe, properly maintained vehicle to be available. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and your assurance that future customers won't face similar issues. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention.

  I rented the car from enterprise for nearly 2 months. I switched cars three times because I didn’t like the brand of the car that I chose every time. The staff at enterprise had absolutely no problem in offering me what was available and for them to switch it over to the other cars. Definitely the place to go to to rent my next car when needed.
