  Very professional and courteous service. Clarisse stick-handled everything from the time I set an appointment up to the time I took the car home. She kept me abreast of what was being done to the car (through text messages) from formal job estimate and status of parts to be replaced and repaired. Informed me when the job was finished/ready for pick-up, which was right about the time they estimated the job would take (four days). They also took care of the rental when I came in and when I left with the fixed car. The work was well done. Documentation broke down the cost of the project down to the individual activities as well as the different components of each activity. No biggie for me since the insurance adjuster made it clear that the accident was caused by the other party and that I was not to shoulder any of the repair costs. Though nobody wants to get into an accident, I'm glad my insurance company referred them to me as they they made the repair process less of a hassle as possible.

  I took my vehicle to Assured after a minor accident because they were a preferred repair shop suggested by my insurance provider. I wanted to make sure that my hitch and more importantly my frame was not damaged since I was rear ended by another vehicle while the hitch ball was installed. Assured told me that there was no damage to the frame and that they would swap out the hitch since it was slightly bent. My wife picked up the vehicle assuming that the repair was completed. When I took a look at the hitch ball I realized that they hadn’t swapped anything which made me wonder whether they even did a thorough check of the frame. When I brought this up to Assured they said they had done both the check on the frame and that they had switched the hitch ball as requested. I went in and showed them that the hitch ball was the exact same one that was in the accident and they said they would swap it again and it must have been a faulty part that was replaced. Upon attempting to replace the ball for a second time they were unable to remove the ball from the rest of the hitch which made me believe that they hadn’t done it in the first place. It was eventually removed and replaced after they sent out a mechanic that could complete the replacement. My insurance was charged over $1000 for the work that they claimed to have done. On top of all of this they took the liberty of washing my car without asking me and I have swirls all over my paint. Do NOT take your vehicle to this shop. They have very poor communication and I will never know the full story behind whether my part was originally replaced or not. $1000 claim on my insurance and paint swirls that I now have to deal with on top of everything. Avoid this place.

  Reached out to this place after a minor accident to my vehicle. Immediately got a response from the GM, Eric, with the best price offered out of anywhere else I reached out to. Was in and out in less than two hours without any issue. 10 out of 5 highly recommend this place.

  Beware about this place; I had a terrible experience with Assured Automotive Ajax location. A long story short, my car was hit by someone while at a stop sign. I contacted my insurance company, and they said I was not at fault and did not need to pay anything, including my deductible. I didn't have time to find a body shop since this was my first claim and requested my insurance company to suggest one. They suggested this place. I went in, showed them the damage (see the photos) which were rear bumper and exhaust. They provided an estimate, and my insurance company sent me an email confirmation that they would be fixing everything, indicating the amount! Couple of days later, they called me and said my car was ready to pick up and that I had to pay $400+ for a betterment fee. I was shocked and asked what this was and who approved these charges since neither the insurance company nor Assured Ajax had mentioned this. They said they had a confirmation from the insurance company but could not share it with me. Fine, I called multiple times back and forth and eventually resolved the betterment issue. Finally, I picked up the car and noticed a weird sound from the exhaust, which they had replaced and charged additionally for a betterment fee. :( I reached out to them in person and showed them the issue. They said they had replaced half of the muffler, and the connecting part was broken during the accident, which they didn't fix it (they didn't communicate with me until I reached out to them). They also suggested to call the insurance company for the extra $ for the 'wear and tear'. I am tired of these people and spent 10 valuable days of my time on this issue. I am not going back to any third-party body shop anymore. Please go to your dealer shop for better service. PS: Please see the damage, they charged over 5k for this. What a rip off!
