  If you use the toll road you get charged the toll and an additional daily fee from Enterprise for using the toll. So if you're wondering about the additional bills you get on your credit card and why they are so high remember the hidden fees. And I wasn't even mad about having to wait over an hour to get my car when I booked it in advance.

  Car took forever told us a specific time and got delayed again. Definitely don’t recommend

  I wouldn’t get a rental through them at all they are in unprofessional no communication at all no one knows what to do in the house . They just sit inside and don’t even know what car they use on site. You’ll reserve for a larger vehicle and show up to get a small vehicle. My car was getting worked on in a shop and it was ready last week I called the rental place to see if I can leave the rental at the collision place or bring the rental to them they said to leave it at the collision place and we will get it the same day and give you the deposit back and it’s been a week now and they haven’t picked up the car. I called and asked about the deposit return and they said oh we haven’t picked up the car back we are waiting for someone needing us to drop them off in you’re area and once that happens we can process the deposit.

  Staff took time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Made sure the car I rented was better than my expectations. Definitely will use Yukon Enterprise for my next rental.

  Very quick and easy and very nice Yukon crew!! 10 out 10! The manager Matt did an awesome job taking care of us!
